Discounts for MPWU Members

 

NOTE:  You must be a member of the Michigan Postal Workers Union to obtain this discount.  Your membership will be verified.  If you are part of a local that has not paid their per-capita to the state, this discount will not be offered.

 

Arrangements have been made with Alltel to offer the members of the Michigan Postal Workers Union a discount of:
   
** 15% on any Alltel Freedom plans (National or Greater) $39.99 or higher. The discount applies to access on all lines on the account as long as the primary line is $39.99 or higher. The discount does not apply to features or data packages. The only plans that are not eligible for the discount are the My Circle Family Choice Plan (2 phones for $79.99), any U Prepaid Plans, or Smart Choice Pack Plans.
   
** Free activation - A $25.00 savings for new customers or existing customers adding additional lines of service. The free activation is only available through our Alltel contact at the time of activation. If you (the customer) goes into the store or online to activate they will be billed the $25.00 and it cannot be reversed.
   
** 10% accessory discount - available directly through the Point of Contact
   
** Quarterly phone special - available directly through the Alltel .

Once your information is verified, it will be forwarded to Alltel's (usually within one business day) Point of Contact, who in turn with contact you directly.   Once you have been verified and contacted by our contact, you will work directly with her for Activation, Accessories, Quarterly Phone Specials, etc.
