The Legislative Director shall keep the membership informed as to the legislation that will affect Postal Workers job security, wages, and retirement.  He/she will also report this information to the MPWU membership six (6) times a year, unless relieved by the President, by submitting an article to the Editor of the Michigan Messenger.
